These Terms apply to all sales of IT hardware and related products offered online and via direct invoice.
Stock levels shown online are indicative and may change. We may limit quantities per customer to protect supply.
All prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. Pricing may be corrected if an error is discovered before dispatch.
Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise and remain subject to stock on hand when payment reflects.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we issue an order confirmation or when payment clears, whichever occurs later.
We accept Visa and MasterCard card payments, instant EFT, standard EFT, and approved account terms where applicable. Orders ship once funds reflect and fraud checks are complete.
Card transactions are acquired for Acro IT Solutions by an approved South African payment gateway using SSL and 3D Secure. We do not store card details. The gateway is PCI DSS compliant.
Delivery options and timing are displayed at checkout. Risk transfers on delivery to your nominated address or upon collection by you or your agent. Title transfers after full and final payment.
Inspect parcels on delivery and report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours with photos and the waybill number.
If a product is dead on arrival, notify us within 7 calendar days with serial numbers and evidence. We will arrange assessment and swap-out or repair per supplier policy. Manufacturer warranty applies thereafter.
Unopened, resaleable goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act for distance sales. A reasonable handling fee may apply. Software, licences, consumables and opened items are excluded unless defective.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility. Please back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price or the cost of repair or replacement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division.
