Dead on arrival within 7 days

Report a dead on arrival product within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange an assessment and, if confirmed, a swap-out or repair depending on supplier policy and stock availability.

Defective within warranty

After 7 days the manufacturer warranty applies. We will assist with service centre logistics. Remedy may be repair or replacement as determined by the authorised centre.

Change of mind returns

Unopened and resaleable goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A reasonable handling fee may apply. Opened items, software licences and consumables are not returnable unless defective.

How to log a return

Email info@acrosolutions.co.za with the order number, serial number, photos or video of the fault and a description. We will issue an RMA and next steps.

Assessment and outcomes

All returns are subject to assessment. If no fault is found, the item will be returned and a courier fee may apply.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times vary.
