You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy.
For distance sales you may, within 7 days of delivery, cancel for change of mind for unopened and resaleable products. A reasonable handling fee may apply to cover courier and processing costs.
Opened items, activated software or licence keys, consumables, batteries, and any item not in original packaging with all accessories are not eligible for cancellation unless defective.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 to 10 business days after our confirmation. Bank processing times vary.
